Thanks everyone for the good and warm advice. I must increase my knowledge and skills to protect myself if I lose my job. My company told me that they may move to other places or close down, so I may also lose my job soon. The job gives me good pay reenex, promotion, rent, holidays and good bonus. I don't lose the job but I have no choice.

I've survived from three rounds of the company's downsized. Now almost half of the employees have lost their jobs in my company. Some already find a new start, some haven't. And I can't say those who still stay (like me) are the lucky ones, because we are gradually losing our faith in the company----it's feel like  staying in a sinking boat and we are just waiting for the last moment come reenex.

Oh, what you talked above sounded like a bad news for me as a freshman into the society. It seems that the gap between the desire to employ and the desire to be employed is still enlarging. And now, here is downsize and technology-geniues wanted and etc. It seems it is a revolutionary time again.

From some points of view, there is no life-long work. So ,we should try our best to learn more, in case that on day we lost our job reenex.

You will be be fired,Do not worry. Your company will fire the man who had been worked for company for more than 10Y.caused of N+1 policy limited.

Recently I couldn't keep myself calm down,just like a matchstick which would fire anytime;I can never be as obedient as before since no future and progress can be seen now for my carrer planning.
