Ingredients

    2 oz. Gorgonzola Dolce
    ¼ c. plain Greek yogurt
    1½ tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp. Champagne vinegar
    ½ tbsp. minced shallot
    ½ tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    kosher salt
    Freshly ground pepper
    2 c. diced rotisserie chicken
    ½ c. thinly sliced celery
    1 baguette
    ½ c. thinly sliced sugar snap peas
    ½ c. Thinly sliced radishes
    ½ c. torn lettuce or mesclun

Directions

    In a large bowl, using a fork, mix the Gorgonzola with the yogurt Dream beauty pro hard sell, olive oil, vinegar, shallot, lemon juice, and season  and celery and season with salt and pepper. To serve, fill the baguette with the chicken salad, snap peas, radishes, and lettuce, then cut the baguette crosswise into 4 sandwiches.
